Terms and Conditions effective 1 January 2026

Standard SaaS Agreement
The Milva Lab Standard SaaS Agreement governs the customer's implementation and use of the Milva service.
The Terms and Conditions take effect on 1 January 2026 and are available as a separate document.
Governing law
The Milva Lab Standard SaaS Agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Data processing & GDPR
What we process
In delivering the service, we process data including names, email addresses, usage logs, and technical data.
Legal bases for processing

- Legal obligation
- Consent
Data retention
Account data is typically retained for the duration of your subscription, plus 90 days following termination.
International transfers
Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
We will respond to requests within 30 days.
Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
Standard data processing agreements are available immediately. Enterprise customers requiring a custom DPA can expect processing within 5 business days.
