Make sample logistics simple.
Clients order collection in the app. The carrier booking, the tracking code and the expected arrival all follow the order.
Logistics is switched on per lab. You decide where shipments are delivered, and your clients choose the most convenient way to get their samples there, without detours or phone calls.
What you get
Private drop points
Samples are collected at private drop points on your clients' own addresses, saving field teams a trip.
Parcel shops
Clients receive a shipping code in the app, write it on the parcel and hand it in at a nearby parcel shop.
Deliver to the lab
Clients can also drive samples straight to the nearest lab location when they order, if that suits the job better.
One order, one shipment
Every order gets its own carrier booking, tracking code and waybill, so nothing is bundled or lost between orders.
Expected arrival feeds your planning
The carrier's estimated delivery date is used to estimate turnaround times, and the order shows up in your dashboard before the parcel does.
You stay in control
The integration is optional per lab. You set the delivery destination and can switch it on or off.

Which carrier do you integrate with?
The integration is built around DHL. Parcel shops and private drop point pickups both run through it.
Can we turn it off?
Yes. Logistics is optional and configured per lab.
Do clients see shipping prices?
No. Shipping prices are not shown to clients in the app.
